SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) - The girlfriend of a Sioux Falls man killed in December has made her first court appearance on drug charges.

Twenty-year-old Faith Rasmussen dated 20-year-old Jordan LeBeau, who was shot and killed during a botched drug robbery.

She pleaded not guilty Wednesday to charges of possessing marijuana and prescription drugs Oxycontin and Xanax.

Court documents say Rasmussen received large shipments of pot from Texas and recruited LeBeau and other people to sell for her in the Sioux Falls area.

Drugs and more than $88,000 was found in his Sioux Falls home after the shooting that also wounded his father.

Watertown High School students 17-year-old Trevor Kruthoff and 18-year-old Brian David Anderson are accused of killing LeBeau.

Several others are also charged in the case.

Neither Rasmussen nor her lawyer commented Wednesday.
