ST. LOUIS (AP) - A St. Louis man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for shooting his cousin in the head following a family reunion.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch (https://bit.ly/1dRbsBZ ) reports that 40-year-old Tyrone Little pleaded guilty to first-degree assault, armed criminal action and a weapons charge on Monday. The cousin survived but a bullet fragment remains in his head.

The shooting happened on June 22, 2012. Prosecutors say Little was being dropped off at a home after a family reunion when an argument began. One of the bullets struck the cousin in the head.
