ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) - Alaska State Troopers say a 22-year-old Levelock man has been arrested after he struck two children driving a snowmobile while he was driving a four-wheeler while intoxicated.

Troopers say Ryan Andrew was arrested Tuesday on charges of leaving the scene of an injury accident, driving under the influence and reckless driving.

KTUU (https://is.gd/HPZAFC) says Andrew collided with the two children, who sustained minor injuries after being thrown from the snowmobile. Troopers say Andrew had been driving around the southwest Alaska village while intoxicated.

According to troopers, Andrew did not stop after the collision.

It’s unclear if Andrew has an attorney. He is in custody in King Salmon.
