PHOENIX (AP) - An early morning fire of unknown origin forced a family of five from their south Phoenix home early Wednesday morning.
Firefighters found all the occupants already outside the home. Two of the children had minor injuries and four of the family members went to a hospital for evaluation.
A family dog died from smoke inhalation.
