PUEBLO, Colo. (AP) - Firefighters have found a badly burned body two days after a grass fire near the Pueblo airport.
The Pueblo Chieftain reports (https://tinyurl.com/ka6z3xj ) the body was discovered Wednesday afternoon as firefighters were checking for hot spots.
Police say the body appears to be a male.
Detectives and the coroner were called to the scene.
Firefighters had extinguished a grass fire there on Monday.
No other details were immediately released.
