BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) - Workers found a man’s body in an irrigation ditch near the Phillips 66 Refinery in Billings.

Sheriff Mike Linder says it appears the man’s body had been there for some time before it was found Tuesday morning.

An autopsy determined the victim drowned. There were no signs of foul play, but investigators had not determined the man’s age or identity as of Tuesday afternoon.
