BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (AP) - Bridgeport police are investigating a late-night shooting that left a 33-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his head.
Police say the man was shot shortly before midnight Tuesday inside a home on Pond Street and is in critical but stable condition at St. Vincent’s Medical Center. His name hasn’t been released.
A police spokesman say it appears the man was shot during a robbery.
Authorities are looking for suspects in the shooting.
