SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) - Spokane County sheriff’s detectives are asking the public to help identify a woman whose body was found Friday in the Spokane River.

She does not match missing person reports.

KXLY reports (https://bit.ly/1dMJMOD) the autopsy showed she had been in the water at least two weeks. She was fully clothed with no signs of trauma.



She’s described as white or Native American, in her 40s with dark shoulder-length hair. She had no tattoos or scars and wasn’t wearing jewelry. She wore a green sweater over black stretch pants.
