YUKON, Okla. (AP) - Authorities have identified the man who was struck and killed by a Yukon police car.
Yukon Police Chief John Corn says 33-year-old Adam Christopher Johnson of Yukon died in the collision Saturday. Corn says Johnson was lying in the roadway shortly before 5 a.m. when he was struck by a patrol car driven by Cpl. Mike Stilley.
The police chief tells The Oklahoman (https://bit.ly/1al4AMj ) that the accident remains under investigation. Authorities are awaiting a report from the state medical examiner before filing a collision report.
