WEST NYACK, N.Y. (AP) - A 22-year-old man is accused of exposing himself to young girls at a suburban New York shopping mall.

Police say David Chardon, of Valley Cottage, also allegedly performed a lewd act in front of the girls at Palisades Center.

He was arraigned Monday on charges of sexual abuse, public lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child.



According to the Journal News (https://lohud.us/1hSPt4C) , he’s accused of targeting three girls, ages 10 or younger, on three separate occasions.

Chardon is being held on $25,000 bail in the Rockland County jail in New City.

Information on his lawyer wasn’t immediately available.
