TULSA, Okla. (AP) - Jury selection continues Tuesday for the trial of a man accused of opening fire outside the Tulsa County courthouse.
Potential jurors filled out questionnaires Monday in the trial for Andrew Dennehy. Prosecutors accuse Dennehy of opening fire in the plaza between the county courthouse and the Tulsa Central Library in March 2012. A deputy and a bystander were injured in the shooting.
Dennehy is charged with shooting with intent to kill. He has pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity.
Tulsa television station KJRH reports (https://bit.ly/1j5kORE ) that attorneys are expected to begin questioning potential jurors Tuesday morning in Dennehy’s trial.
