HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) - A former Pennsylvania Turnpike employee has been sentenced to probation after pleading guilty to charges of theft, harassment and unauthorized use of a state car.
Raymond Zajicek, a retired fare collection manager, pleaded guilty Monday in Dauphin County Court in Harrisburg.
The 68-year-old resident of Tarpon Springs, Fla., is required to serve two years of probation, perform 50 hours of community service and pay more than $4,000 in restitution and fines.
Prosecutors say Zajicek’s name came up during an investigation and he was charged for running personal errands at work, using his state car for personal travel and punching a union official during a 2010 meeting.
