LARAMIE, Wyo. (AP) - Construction is set to begin this month in Laramie on a $50-million laboratory building for the University of Wyoming.

The building is called the Michael B. Enzi Undergraduate STEM Lab Facility.

The lab building is going up on Lewis Street, between 10th and 11th streets. Fences will go up and a crane will move in sometime in April. The 100,000 square-foot, three-story building is set for completion in late spring 2015.

The Laramie Boomerang reports (https://bit.ly/1ahqrav ) that the building will house freshman- and sophomore-level math and science classes. STEM stands for science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
