HAMILTON, Mont. (AP) - A 44-year-old Corvallis man who drove under the influence of drugs twice in a three-week span has been sentenced to 33 days in jail.
The Ravalli Republic reports (https://bit.ly/1iI4mDU) that Vernon Wayne Rusk received the sentence Thursday in Ravalli County District Court.
Judge James Haynes also sentenced Rusk to a three-year deferred sentence, meaning the time will be dismissed if Rusk abides by the judge’s requirements.
Rusk was cited on July 23 and again on Aug. 7 after being pulled over by police.
