BEL AIR, Md. (AP) - Emergency officials in Harford County say a woman was hit by a State Highway Administration salt truck and seriously injured.
The crash occurred on Creswell Road in the Bel Air area on Wednesday night.
Maryland State Police say the 18-year-old woman was flown to Shock Trauma. Police have preliminarily determined that the crash was due to pedestrian error.
