MINOT, N.D. (AP) - Minot’s municipal judge says he won’t seek re-election.

Judge Aaron Vibeto was elected to the bench in North Dakota’s fourth-largest city in 2010. Before that he owned his own law office, and worked as a corporate land and legal analyst, an attorney with Legal Services of North Dakota and as an unemployment law judge. He also served in the North Dakota Air National Guard and on the Minot City Council.

The judge election is June 10. Vibeto will serve until then.
