SEATTLE (AP) - Police say a man who was shot Thursday morning in an apartment building in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood has died.
A witness told police he heard two men arguing in the hall about 10 a.m. just before the shooting.
The victim was a man in his 40s who was wounded in the abdomen. Fire Department medics took him to Harborview Medical Center where he died.
Police arrested a man in his 30s for investigation of homicide.
The shooting took place at the Glen Hotel, a Low Income Housing Institute building for the homeless.
