PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - Portland public school teachers are voting on whether to strike.

The Portland Association of Teachers is holding the strike vote at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall.

KGW reports (https://bit.ly/1nTn7s2) if they vote to strike, they must give the district a 10-day notice. The earliest teachers could walk out is Feb. 18.



Another mediation session is set for Sunday.
