Some units on lockdown at State Pen

WALLA WALLA, Wash. (AP) - Four units at the Washington State Penitentiary are on lockdown after an assault in which one inmate was stabbed.

The assault occurred at about 8:30 a.m. Tuesday in a common area of D Unit. Prison officials say staff responded immediately and secured the unit.
