CAMBRIA, N.Y. (AP) - Authorities in New York say a man who called to report the death of another man collapsed shortly before first responders arrived and also died.

Niagara County sheriff’s deputies told local media Monday that neither death is considered suspicious.

They say 54-year-old Stephen Bannach of Lockport called 911 to report the death of 79-year-old Franklin Dold of Sanborn inside a town of Cambria home Saturday afternoon.

When crews arrived, they found Bannach unconscious. He later died.

Authorities don’t know the relationship between the two men.
