COLUMBUS, Ga. (AP) - Federal prosecutors say a Columbus man faces at least 10 years in prison after pleading guilty to recording himself sexually assaulting two teenage girls from Alabama that he met online.

Authorities say 47-year-old John David Przenkop appeared in court Monday and pleaded guilty to transportation of minors with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity.

Prosecutors say the man met the two girls from Phenix City, Ala. through a social media website and promised them gifts, shopping sprees and dinner in exchange for sex. Officials say he drove the teens to his home in Columbus, where investigators found video that he of the encounters.



Authorities say Przenkop is scheduled to be sentenced on April 29.
