FARGO, N.D. (AP) - A North Dakota woman who was caught with heroin after she was pulled over for speeding says she will plead guilty in federal court.

Clay Brooke Left Hand is charged with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute heroin. The charge carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison.

Left Hand was arrested on U.S. Highway 83 near Underwood on July 18. Authorities say she and two other people were planning to distribute heroin on the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation.



Police say there was 10 grams of heroin in the vehicle.
