ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) - A Saratoga County sheriff’s deputy accused of taking a payment to drive a drug dealer from Albany to Warren County to distribute cocaine has been arrested in an FBI sting.

Charles E. Fuller of Corinth is facing a federal charge that he tried to help distribute more than 500 grams of cocaine.

He was arrested Friday at the sheriff’s office and appeared before a U.S. magistrate later in the day. A detention hearing is scheduled Monday afternoon in Albany.



Fuller didn’t have lawyer for his first court appearance.
