Phoenix police helicopter lands in parking lot

PHOENIX (AP) - A police helicopter made an unplanned landing on a parking lot in southwest Phoenix early Friday morning because of a mechanical concern.

Police say the crew landed the helicopter after feeling a vibration.

A mechanic arrived to check out the helicopter, and it took off again.
