BOZEMAN, Mont. (AP) - Two Bozeman men face charges of operating a meth lab believed to have caused a small explosion in a Bozeman motel room.
Charges were filed Friday against 31-year-old Jesse James Moore and 26-year-old Devon Wayne Arnaud. The men were to appear in Justice Court Friday.
Arnaud was arrested for violating his probation on a 2003 rape shortly after Tuesday’s explosion, which blew out a window and damaged the door of the motel room. He has been jailed on $100,000 bail since early Wednesday.
James was booked into jail Thursday afternoon.
