MOORE, Okla. (AP) - An incident report says a man who died after a struggle with police outside an Oklahoma movie theater in Moore died at a nearby hospital.

Police say 44-year-old Luis Rodriguez became uncooperative on Feb. 15 when officers questioned him about a possible domestic disturbance. A cellphone video shows police handcuffing Rodriguez as he lies on his stomach. He’s later placed on a stretcher.

The report says Rodriguez stopped breathing as paramedics were tending to him. It says he was stabilized at a nearby hospital and taken to get a CT scan. Once it was completed, he again stopped breathing and died a short time later.

Rodriguez’s wife and daughter say police beat Rodriguez. Autopsy results are pending.

Three Moore officers have been placed on leave and the OSBI is investigating.
