BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) - The Louisiana Community and Technical College System Board of Supervisors has appointed Debbie Lea as interim chancellor of Delgado Community College.
The appointment was made Thursday during an executive committee meeting of the board. The system, in a news release, said Lea had served as Delgado’s provost and vice chancellor for academic affairs.
Lea’s appointment is effective immediately and will last through the end of the spring semester.
She replaces former Chancellor Monty Sullivan who was named president of Louisiana’s Community and Technical Colleges System.
