Foster and Hayes are each charged with first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit murder, breaking and entering, larceny of a firearm and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.

Police found the body of 18-year-old Jayson Marquis Syrkes last December along a wood line behind his home in Spotsylvania.
