TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) - A Tempe business posing as a so-called compassion club has been busted for illegally selling marijuana to customers.

Tempe police say three employees of Delta 9 also were arrested in the case Tuesday.

Neighboring businesses tipped police about Delta 9 and investigators say they found large quantities of marijuana and no license to sell it.

Police say there are two legal marijuana dispensaries in Tempe and Delta 9 isn’t one of them.
