BOZEMAN, Mont. (AP) - Authorities say they have seized about 120 head of cattle in Gallatin County that appeared to be neglected.

The sheriff’s office said Wednesday the cattle were taken to the the Headwaters Stockyard in Three Forks.

A news release didn’t say where the cattle were seized or who owned them.



The sheriff’s department says residents have offered hay and other services for the cattle, and that an account for donations will be established at American Federal Savings Bank.
