WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Wilmington police have arrested two teenagers they say passed a gun between themselves in front of two officers.

It happened about 12:20 p.m. Tuesday on West 31st Street. Police say the two officers were on patrol when they saw two teens acting suspiciously.

Police say one teenager removed a handgun from his waistband and handed to the other, who then put the weapon in his waistband.



Police say the officers arrested the two and recovered a loaded 9mm handgun.

Eighteen-year-old Therion Reese of Wilmington was charged with several weapons offenses. A 17-year-old was charged with possession of a handgun by a prohibited juvenile and other offenses.
