NEW YORK (AP) - The Port Authority has opened a new PATH train platform at the World Trade Center.

The new modernized platform will become part of the $4 billion trade center transportation hub.

The transportation hub will open in phases through 2015.



The new platform serves travelers headed from lower Manhattan to Hoboken, N.J.
