FREDONIA, Ariz. (AP) - The Fredonia Justice Court temporarily has moved while the building undergoes construction.
The court began operating out of the town’s fire station on Monday. Work on the court building is expected to wrap up in about four weeks.
The project includes asbestos abatement, new flooring and a remodeled lobby.
Along with court staff, a Coconino County sheriff’s deputy serving the community near the Arizona-Utah border also will be displaced.
