GLENDALE, Ariz. (AP) - Authorities have arrested a man who led police on a chase through Phoenix and Glendale after he allegedly broke into four homes.

Glendale police say 35-year-old Julio Ivan Tinero-Figuera was unarmed when officers arrested him Monday night.

But police say they found a gun in the stolen car Tinero-Figuera allegedly was driving before he got the car stuck and fled on foot.

Police say the incident began with a carjacking Monday afternoon in west Phoenix, followed by three home invasions in the area.

Police say Tinero-Figuera allegedly entered a fourth home, found keys and fled in the resident’s car before he was arrested.

Tinero-Figuera was being held Tuesday on suspicion of numerous charges and authorities didn’t immediately know if he had a lawyer yet.
