WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. (AP) - Two men have pleaded guilty in connection with a fatal armed robbery in Yonkers.
Westchester County District Attorney Janet DiFiore says Keith Thigpen of Tarrytown pleaded guilty on Monday to second-degree murder.
Adam Kirkland of Mount Vernon pleaded guilty to robbery and burglary.
The victim, Henry DeMatteo, was found collapsed outside his Yonkers apartment building with a stab wound to the chest on May 18, 2013.
A third defendant is still charged with robbery and burglary.
Thigpen faces a maximum sentence of 25 years to life in prison; Kirkland faces a maximum of 25 years.
The sentencing will be on April 29.
