MORRISTOWN, N.J. (AP) - Authorities in Morris County have charged a Dover man with causing a crash that killed a man on Route 46.
Edward Koloski faces charges of aggravated manslaughter, death by auto and leaving the scene of a fatal accident.
The accident occurred Sunday night in Rockaway Township. The Morris County prosecutor’s office says police responded to reports of a hit-and-run accident near a ShopRite supermarket.
They arrived and found a man who died at the scene from his injuries. Later, state police troopers found the 26-year-old Koloski’s car disabled on eastbound Interstate 80. State police say the car had extensive frond-end damage.
Bail was set for Koloski at $350,000.
