LEOMINSTER, Mass. (AP) - Police in Massachusetts have arrested a New Hampshire man they allege committed one bank robbery and was planning another.
State police on Sunday morning captured 43-year-old Eric Lord of Greenville, N.H., in Leominster.
Authorities allege that Lord robbed a TD Bank branch in New Ipswich, N.H., on Friday.
State police think Lord was planning to rob a bank in the Leominster-Fitchburg area. Police say Lord was found at a commercial property “prior to his having the opportunity to carry out the additional robbery.”
He is scheduled to be arraigned Monday in Massachusetts on a fugitive from justice charge.
It’s not clear of he has a lawyer.
He currently faces o charges in Massachusetts b8t the investigation is ongoing.
