HARRINGTON, Del. (AP) - Delaware State Police have arrested a man they say sideswiped a police car in Harrington.

It happened about 1:35 a.m. Sunday on Railroad Avenue. Troopers say a car driven by 47-year-old Thomas Lepera of Harrington was traveling south when it sideswiped a parked patrol car owned by the Harrington police department.

Lepera, who authorities say has three convictions for driving under the influence, was charged with fourth offense driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.
