Hawaii begins recruitment for corrections officers

HONOLULU (AP) - The Hawaii Department of Public Safety is looking to hire corrections officers in Kauai, Maui and the Big Island.

KHON-TV (https://is.gd/kt5Lzn) says the recruitment period began Friday morning and will end at midnight next Thursday.

The recruitment is being handled through the jobseekers webpage of the state Department of Human Resources and Development.
