HAMMOND, La. (AP) - A second arrest has been reported in 2013 death of a Southeastern Louisiana University graduate student.

Hammond police Lt. Vincent Giannobile says in a news release that 20-year-old Terry Michael Landry of Gretna was arrested Friday at a Metairie apartment. Landry is charged with first-degree murder.

Authorities say 23-year-old Raphael Garrison was killed Jan. 25, 2013, at his apartment.



Authorities say 20-year-old Richard Hudson of New Orleans was arrested at his home the next day and was booked on a count of first-degree murder.
