ASBURY PARK, N.J. (AP) - Authorities say a man has been shot in both his ankles in Asbury Park.

A fire department spokesman tells the Asbury Park Press (https://on.app.com/1fQ1lzU) that the man was found shot sometime after 2 p.m. Sunday outside a house and taken to a hospital. He suffered non-life threatening injuries after being shot in each of his ankles.

Police have not released the man’s name.



Asbury Park Police Capt. Marshawn Love says no arrests have been made and the incident remains under investigation.
