NEWARK, N.J. (AP) - Federal prosecutors say a northern New Jersey man who used video chat programs to persuade a teenage girl to engage in sexual conduct has been sentenced to 10 years in prison.
Paul Kleinman also will have to serve seven years of supervised release once he’s released from prison. The 34-year-old Kleinman, who has residences in Jersey City and Verona, was sentenced Wednesday.
Kleinman had pleaded guilty to a complaint charging him with coercing and enticing a minor to engage in sexual activity. He used video chat services to communicate with the girl for two months in 2012, and instructed her to perform sexual acts on herself while he watched.
