LYNNWOOD, Wash. (AP) - A man who threatened to blow up a Department of Corrections office in Lynnwood caused a bomb scare Wednesday before he walked out of the building wearing no clothes and was arrested.

Police say the threatening man threw a bag the size of a backpack at an interior window. A worker was trapped inside until police rescued her.

Police say the threatening man is a 42-year-old from Mountlake Terrace.
