PHOENIX (AP) - Authorities have released the name of a man who was killed in a drive-by shooting in Phoenix.
Phoenix police say the victim is 54-year-old Alan Stewart.
Police say Stewart was standing with a woman outside a small apartment complex in central Phoenix about 2:30 a.m. Wednesday.
They say a dark SUV drove up and multiple shots were fired from the vehicle.
Officers say they found shell casings from at least six rounds.
Stewart was transported to a Phoenix hospital, where he later died.
The unidentified woman escaped injury.
Police say it’s still not known how many people were in the SUV or why shots were fired.

They say they’re still searching for suspects in the case.
