CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) - The board of the South Carolina Ports Authority is scheduled to meet in Charleston.

Board members on Wednesday are to get updated shipping numbers.

The board is also expected to approve improvements for its North Charleston container yard and get an update on maintenance dredging at the authority’s Wando Welch Terminal in Mount Pleasant.
