HOUSTON (AP) - Authorities are offering a $70,000 reward for information on the fatal shootings last month of a family of four, including two children, at their suburban Houston home.

Harris County Sheriff Adrian Garcia and Crime Stoppers announced the reward during a Wednesday news conference.

Garcia says authorities are still trying to determine a motive for the slayings.

Deputies discovered the bodies Jan. 30 in the family’s Cypress home. Garcia says the husband was last seen alive leaving work on Jan. 24. All four members of the family, which had immigrated from China, were shot in the head.

Garcia urged anyone with information on the case to call Crime Stoppers at 713-222-8477. The plea for help is also being featured on digital billboards across Texas.
