EVERETT, Mass. (AP) - Police say an Everett convenience store clerk has been shot.
The clerk at Neighborhood Convenience Mart on Main Street was taken to Massachusetts General Hospital for surgery after being shot in the abdomen at about 9:30 p.m. Monday. His condition was not immediately available.
Police are investigating a possible robbery.
There was no immediate word on arrests.
