WORCESTER, Vt. (AP) - Police in the Vermont town of Worcester say an argument between two men over doughnuts led to violence, with one stabbing the other.

Police charged 27-year-old Gregory Rainville with first-degree aggravated domestic assault on Monday night. The injured man, who was not identified, was taken to Central Vermont Medical Center for treatment. The extent of his injuries wasn’t known.

Rainville was scheduled to appear at the Washington County Superior Court on Tuesday.
