CHALMETTE, La. (AP) - Authorities say a portion of Louisiana Highway 46 in St. Bernard Parish will be closed Feb. 25-26 while movie scenes are filmed.

The closure will affect eastbound and westbound lane of the highway between Sylvia Boulevard and Leon Drive between 5 a.m. and 8 p.m. both days.

Ryan Fink, director of St. Bernard’s Film and Television Office, says crews will be shooting car chases and other scenes for the movie “Midnight Special.”
