SOUTH TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) - Police in South Tucson say a 42-year-old man has been fatally shot and they’re searching for suspects.
Officers responded to a report of shots fired about 11 p.m. Tuesday and found the victim lying in the roadway with a gunshot wound to the head.
Police say the man was dead at the scene. His name is being withheld until relatives can be notified.
Several witnesses have been interviewed and police have a description of the shooter, who reportedly got into an altercation with the victim before opening fire.
